Terms of Service

Requests and Estimates
Submitting a form does not guarantee availability or create a service contract. Estimates may change after inspection if the actual vehicle, lock, parts or work differs.
Authorization
Customers must have legal authority to request work. Identification and proof of ownership or occupancy may be required.
Pricing and Payment
Authorized pricing is confirmed before service begins. Special-order parts may require a deposit. Payment is due when agreed work is completed.
Safety
We may refuse or stop work if ownership cannot be verified, the location is unsafe or the request appears unlawful.
