Cancellations
Please cancel promptly. If a technician has been dispatched or arrived, an agreed service-call charge may apply.
Special Orders
Deposits for specially ordered, cut, configured or programmed parts may be non-refundable once work begins.
Refunds
Contact us promptly if authorized service was not completed as agreed so we can inspect and attempt to correct the issue.
Incorrect Information
Additional charges may apply when vehicle, lock, ownership, location or requested work differs materially from information provided.
